What is My Town
My Town+ subscription plan allows you to download and play all My Town apps with the MT+ mark on their icon for free with all IAP unlocked and no ads. With this subscription plan you will be able to move characters, clothing and items between apps. To get new characters and items simply download any of the apps participating in the MT+ plan, Open them and all items will will be freely added to all the other MT+ apps you have installed.
WHAT APPS ARE INCLUDED IN MY TOWN+ SUBSCRIPTION?
Apps included in the MT+ program are those that have the MT+ symbol on the game icon. New apps are consistently added so make sure to check this page or simply go to the app store and visit the My Town apps account.
I JUST SUBSCRIBED. WHY CAN'T I SEE ALL THE APPS ON MY KIDS' TABLET OR PHONE?
Subscribing to the MT+ program allows you to download all MT+ apps from the appstore with all content unlocked. We can not download the apps automatically as Apple requires users to choose and download apps themselves. To see all our apps on your iphone, simply select and download the apps you want from the app store.
CAN I TRY YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR FREE?
We do not have a free subscription plan but you may download and play all MT+ apps for free at any time to experience our various locations and themes.
WHY AREN'T ALL MY TOWN APPS INCLUDED IN THE MT+ SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM?
The My Town apps franchise has over 50 apps, we are constantly updating our apps and moving them into the MT+ program. New apps added will be automatically included in the MT+ subscription program. Monthly new apps will keep the kids engaged with anticipation for new locations and characters with which they can create new stories and role-play adventures.
HOW DO I MANAGE MY MY TOWN+ SUBSCRIPTION?
Open the App Store app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap on your Apple ID.
- Tap on "Subscriptions."
- Find My Town in your list of subscriptions and tap on it.
- You can now manage your subscription by tapping on "Cancel Subscription" or "Renew Subscription."
