What is My Town+ ?

With a My Town+ subscription, you can download and play all MT+ marked apps for free—no ads, all IAPs unlocked. Move characters, clothes, and items between apps of the same game series. Just download any MT+ app, open it, and new content will be added to your other MT+ games.

Subscribed to MT+, but games are still locked.

To recover your purchases, please make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google Play account you used for the original purchase. Then follow these steps:

  1. Launch the same My Town game where the purchase was originally made on your current device.
  2. Press the play button, then tap the MT+ button, which you’ll find on the left side of the screen.
    – In My Town World, the MT+ button is located on the Store page.
  3. Tap the “Restore” button on the top part of the screen.

Note: Restoring purchases only works if you’re using the same game app where the original purchase was made.

How do I manage my My Town+ subscription?

You can cancel and renew your subscription according to the plan you chose very easily in your app store account. To manage your My Town+ subscription in the Apple App Store, follow these steps:

Open the App Store app on your iPhone or iPad.

  1. Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Tap on your Apple ID.
  3. Tap on “Subscriptions.”
  4. Find My Town in your list of subscriptions and tap on it.
  5. You can now manage your subscription by tapping on “Cancel Subscription” or “Renew Subscription.”

Can I try your subscription for free?

We do not have a free subscription plan but you may download and play all MT+ apps for free at any time to experience our various locations and themes.

General Questions

Do you offer discounts in your games?

Yes we regularly offer amazing promos and big discounts in our games specially during holidays and special occasions.

Please visit our official social media page and our website and update your games regularly to see our latest offerings.

How do I move characters in between games?

For My Town: Make sure you have installed My Town Home first, and you have downloaded other My Town games in the series.

For My City: Make sure you have installed My City Apartment first, and you have downloaded other My Town games in the series.

For My Little Princess: Make sure you have installed My Little Princess Castle first, and you have downloaded other My Town games in the series.

Please run the above-mentioned games at least once, then you can access the characters in between games by tapping the character icon in any My Town/My City/My Little Princess game.

The games stopped working on my device

If you have several My Town games installed on your device, try tapping the Reset button in each game first. If that doesn’t solve the issue, you’ll need to delete all My Town games from your device and then reinstall them one by one.

Important: If you don’t delete all the games, the shared folder that stores common assets won’t be removed, and the problem may persist.

Do your games support family sharing?

Yes absolutely, You can enjoy and share My Town Games with your family members.

How to remove Ads?

You can turn off ads with an in-app purchase or by getting a paid version of the game. For the best game experience, subscribe to MT+ and remove ads.

Do my progress resets when I update?

Please don’t worry, the game update will just add new awesome features or provide bug fixes.

Your progress should remain the same and you won’t start from scratch again.

How to reset the game?

Press and hold the reset button at the top right part of the game’s welcome screen until the game restarts.
