We are My Town Games Ltd, an Israeli Company who produces the My Town Games. We are located at HaPelech St 7, Tel-Aviv Israel.

This Privacy Policy applies to My Town Home – Arcade version. By playing our Game, you acknowledge and consent to the terms of this privacy policy.

We will comply with all relevant and applicable legislative requirements, and, in the event of any inconsistency, the legislative requirements will override the provisions of this document.
 
Data collected and how its used
We do not collect or store any personal data on our servers and we don’t send any data to external servers or share any data with third parties.
The Game collects non-personally identifiable data about your gameplay progress is sent to Apple Game Center. Used for game leaderboards and unlocking game achievements.


Children’s Privacy


Protecting the privacy of children is of the utmost importance to us. Our Games have been designed to be family friendly and to be suitable for use by children. My Town games on IOS & Android are certified COPPA compliant. We have limited the way in which we collect data to ensure we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection (COPPA) guidelines for the appropriate use of information collection and access to children’s personal information.

How Can You Review Your Child’s Information
If you believe that we have inadvertently collected information from a person under the age of 13, You can always send us a message at privacy@my-town.com and request that we send you a copy of all your personal data. When doing so, we will first verify your identity, and thereafter we shall provide you with a copy of some information. Please note that if we are unable to verify your identity, we may choose to delete all information in lieu of sending a copy, and that is to increase security.

If you feel your privacy was violated, send us an email to our privacy officer, at privacy@my-town.com and our officer shall respond and investigate these complaints. He will also publish periodic reports if a specific issue shall arise.
