We’re sorry to hear your concern. There are several possible reason why this is happening but the common cause are too many apps running at the same or there is an existing bug in the game itself. Fret no more there are possible solutions for this.
If the game crashes right after you tap on the game icon please uninstall all games in that series and reinstall all again. Be sure to download the game through Google Play or Apple Appstore depending on your device.
If the game crashes after your press the play button in the main menu of the game, please try the reset button on the main screen (located at the top right of your screen), this will clean all glitches.
