To recover your purchases, please make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google Play account you used for the original purchase. Then follow these steps:
- Launch the same My Town game where the purchase was originally made on your current device.
- Press the play button, then tap the MT+ button, which you’ll find on the left side of the screen.
– In My Town World, the MT+ button is located on the Store page. - Tap the “Restore” button on the top part of the screen.
Note: Restoring purchases only works if you’re using the same game app where the original purchase was made.
