There are several possibilities why you are unable to connect games in My Town, let us help you by following this options:
1st solution is to install the games included in the My Town game series in your device.
Make sure to install My Town Home first and then you can install other My Town games you want such as My Town Police, My Town Preschool and more. Make sure to run My Town Home at least once before you access any My Town Games for the games to connect successfully.
2nd If the issue still persist, please check if all My Town games installed on your device were updated to the latest version then please try to run the game again.
3rd Please long press the reset button on the main screen (top right), this will clean all glitches. Just note that it will put the characters and clothes to their original location but your progress and purchases will still be there, nothing to worry about.
4th Incase the previous options didn’t worked. please uninstall and then reinstall the games one by one from My Town Series . This process fixes almost every glitch in our games. Your previous in app purchase would still be there incase you bought something before, Make sure to login the same google or apple account to restore your previous purchases .
